Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview


At Everwave Co Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Since our products are custom-made to order, our return policy reflects the unique nature of made-to-order manufacturing. Please read this policy carefully, as different product types have different return eligibility.


2. Return Window


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify for a return:
⦁    Return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery
⦁    Physical product must be received back within 60 days of delivery
⦁    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
⦁    All original tags must be attached and intact


3. Which Products Can Be Returned?


Different product types have different return eligibility. See the table below:

*Personalized items (names, dates, custom text, custom graphics) cannot be returned for refunds. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.


4. Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:


⦁    Items that have been worn, washed, or used
⦁    Items with signs of wear, stretching, fading, or damage from use
⦁    Items with tags removed or altered
⦁    Items purchased during final sale events
⦁    Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence
⦁    Clearance or discontinued items (unless defective)


5. Manufacturing Defects


We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will help you:


⦁    Defects include: misaligned printing, misprints, stains, tears, broken seams, or color bleeding
⦁    You must report the defect within 30 days of delivery
⦁    Provide clear photos of the defect from multiple angles
⦁    We will investigate and either replace or refund the item
⦁    Replacement items ship free; we cover all shipping costs


6. Color and Appearance Variations


Please note that minor variations in appearance are normal and expected:
⦁    Colors may appear differently on your screen than in the final product
⦁    Print placement may vary slightly (within 0.5 inches) due to production techniques
⦁    Fabric color may shift slightly due to dyeing and manufacturing processes
⦁    Natural fabric variations are not considered defects
⦁    These variations are not eligible for returns or refunds


7. How to Request a Return


To start a return, follow these steps:


1.    Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or contact form
2.    Include your order number and reason for return
3.    For defects, provide clear photos of the issue
4.    Wait for approval (we typically respond within 24-48 hours)
5.    Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided
6.    Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt


8. Return Shipping Costs


Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
⦁    Customer Request (Size, Style, Color Change): You pay return shipping
⦁    Wrong Item or Manufacturing Defect: We pay for return shipping (prepaid label provided)
⦁    Damaged in Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label


9. Exchanges


We offer exchanges for items with defects or if you received the wrong size/style:
⦁    Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
⦁    The replacement item will be produced and shipped at no extra charge
⦁    For defect exchanges, we provide a prepaid return label
⦁    Size/style exchanges may require the customer to pay return shipping


10. Refund Processing


Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
⦁    We verify the item meets return conditions
⦁    If approved, refund is processed to original payment method
⦁    Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
⦁    Return shipping costs are deducted from refund (unless our fault)
⦁    You will receive confirmation email when refund is processed


11. What is Refunded?


Refunds include:
⦁    Product price
⦁    Original shipping cost (if return is due to our error)
Refunds do NOT include return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.


12. When Refunds May Be Rejected or Reduced


We may reject or reduce a refund if:
⦁    Item shows signs of wear, washing, or use
⦁    Tags have been removed or damaged
⦁    Item is not in original condition
⦁    Return request is made after 30 days
⦁    Item is a personalized product (except for manufacturing defects)


13. Size and Fit


We recommend reviewing our size guides before purchasing. Size and fit are not grounds for a refund unless:
⦁    We shipped the wrong size than what was ordered
⦁    The item has a manufacturing defect affecting fit


14. International Returns


International customers who want to return items:
⦁    Must contact us for a return shipping address in their region
⦁    Are responsible for international return shipping costs
⦁    Must include all customs documentation
⦁    Refunds are processed once item is received and inspected


15. Lost Return Packages


If your return package is lost in transit:
⦁    Always ship returns with tracking
⦁    Contact us with tracking information
⦁    We will work with the carrier to locate the package
⦁    If the package cannot be found, you may need to file a claim with your shipping carrier


16. Quality Guarantee


All products are manufactured by quality-controlled production facilities. We guarantee that items will arrive in good condition and free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


17. Final Sale Items


Some items are marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events. These items:


⦁    Cannot be returned for refund
⦁    Cannot be exchanged (except for manufacturing defects)
⦁    Final Sale status is clearly noted at checkout


18. Modified or Used Items


Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or otherwise used cannot be returned for refunds. This includes items that have been ironed, bleached, dyed, or had decorations added. Used items are ineligible regardless of condition.


19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes


We ask that customers work with us directly to resolve refund requests before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. If you file a chargeback:
⦁    Your account may be suspended
⦁    You will not be eligible for future refunds
⦁    You may be permanently banned from purchasing
