1. Overview
Everwave Co Apparel uses Printify's print-on-demand fulfillment network to ship products directly to customers worldwide. This policy explains how shipping works, delivery times, costs, and what to expect when you order from us. All orders are processed, printed, and shipped by our Printify production partners.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the following timeline applies:
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours
Production: Your item enters the print queue and production begins (typically 2-5 business days)
Quality Check: Products undergo quality inspection before shipment
Handoff to Carrier: Once approved, items are handed to the shipping carrier for delivery
3. Production and Shipping Times
Total delivery time includes production time plus carrier shipping time. Please note that all times are estimates and may vary.

Note: Production times begin after order confirmation and do not include weekends or holidays. Actual times may vary based on order volume, product type, and production partner workload.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on:
Destination country and region
Selected shipping method (Standard, Express, etc.)
Package weight and dimensions
Carrier availability and fuel surcharges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. All shipping costs are included in the total order price. We do not add hidden fees.
5. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, UPS, or FedEx carriers selected by Printify. Shipping details:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (most affordable option)
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (premium option)
All orders include tracking information
Delivery confirmation is sent automatically once packages are delivered
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide through Printify's international carrier network. International shipping details:
Typical delivery: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
Tracking available for most international shipments
International orders ship from the production facility, which may be outside the USA
Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipient
Some countries may have import restrictions – we recommend checking local regulations
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following regions due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions:
Certain remote areas and territories
Countries under international trade sanctions
Our checkout system will notify you if your region is not serviceable
8. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order at every stage:
Order Confirmation: Received via email with order number
Production Status: Check your account or email updates
Shipping Notification: Email with tracking number when order ships
Live Tracking: Click the tracking link in your shipping email to monitor delivery progress
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once your package is delivered:
You will receive delivery confirmation from the carrier
Your account will show the order as delivered
Keep the tracking information for your records
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us within 30 days of the issue via our Contact page
Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos of damage (if applicable)
We will investigate the claim with the carrier and Printify
If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
For packages marked as delivered but not received, contact your local postal carrier
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or other reasons:
The carrier will attempt to return the package to us
We will notify you if the package is returned
You may request reshipment to a corrected address (shipping costs may apply)
If you do not respond, the package may be retained or disposed of after 30 days
12. Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is:
Complete with street address, city, state/province, and postal code
Spelled correctly to avoid delivery issues
A residential or business address (PO Boxes not recommended for international orders)
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers
13. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the recipient's country. Everwave Co Apparel and Printify are not responsible for these fees. The recipient may need to pay duties upon delivery depending on destination country regulations and the package value.
14. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but the following may cause delays:
High order volume during peak seasons
Carrier delays or strikes
Weather conditions or natural disasters
Government actions or trade restrictions
Production facility issues or equipment failures
Customs clearance delays (international orders)
15. Change of Address
Once an order has been submitted to Printify for production:
Address changes are typically not possible
Contact us immediately if you need to change an address before production begins
We will attempt to assist, but cannot guarantee the change can be made
For packages already shipped, redirect them through the carrier's website if available
16. Printify and Carrier Partnerships
Everwave Co Apparel uses Printify to fulfill orders. Key points about this partnership:
Printify coordinates with multiple carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
The carrier is selected based on location and shipping method
Printify provides tracking and support for all shipments
We work with Printify to resolve any shipping issues
17. Multiple Item Orders
When you order multiple items:
Items may be produced by different Printify partners
They may ship separately or on different dates
You will receive tracking for each shipment
Separate shipments do not affect warranty or return eligibility
18. Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Please note:
Production does not occur on weekends or holidays
Orders placed during holidays will begin processing the next business day
Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays
19. Carrier Price Changes
Carrier rates fluctuate based on market conditions, fuel prices, and seasonal demand. Shipping costs displayed at checkout are based on current rates. Rates may change before your order is submitted to Printify. Any rate adjustments will be reflected in your final invoice.
